Liliana Flores
Lower Elementary Guide
Liliana has her 6-12 Elementary AMI training and has been working for eight years as the Upper Elementary guide at a school in Mexico City. She has a clear love of learning with not only two Bachelor's degrees, but also coursework around Languages and Learning as well as Montessori for Dementia and Aging and more. She is excited to work with the younger age group and is already in collaboration with the Elementary team. The interview team appreciated Liliana's warmth, energy, and thoughtfulness around the prepared environment.
Liliana writes: "Being a Montessori guide goes beyond giving lessons, it's a lifestyle where values are applied daily, that is why I like to promote a friendly, safe and empathic environment around me. I was born in Chihuahua, a state in the north of Mexico and I have been working as a Montessori guide in Mexico City for 8 years, where I have had constant learning in my development. I am thrilled to join Oak Knoll Montessori School and meet everyone in the community."
